Monday, 10 January 2011
by Giri Nathan
It’s official: the third generation of Princeton FML moderators has arrived. A quick rundown of recent events … As any faithful FML reader knows by now, Mod 1.0 Raymond Hsu ’11 recently passed the mantle to a pair of new moderators (their identities remain as yet unknown). Mods 2.0 announced the beginning of their term

PrincetonFML: Slowly taking over the real world
Tuesday, 12 October 2010
by Angela Wu
Spotted on Sunday outside Cannon Club, which, surprise, is still closed. This cannon, like our other cannons, has tons of old, Princeton-y stories. The relevant one here is that the senior class paints it every year. (See the 2011?) Close-up after the jump.

Think of this piece as an introduction to Princeton FML, your virtual window into the life of a Princeton undergraduate. It might not be the most graceful — or eloquent — way to complain, but it’s probably the easiest. “FML.” The last two letters stand for “my life,” and it shouldn’t be too hard to

Thursday, 06 May 2010
by Giri Nathan
There comes a point where every king must step down from the throne. Even our Glorious Mod. Yes, all good things come to an end. However, as the late 90’s heartily affirmed, that means there’s also a new beginning! And this one could involve you! A tantalizing excerpt from a Mod interview: You might think

Thoughts from the Mod, Vol. II: Of Memes and Other Demons
Tuesday, 30 March 2010
by Giri Nathan

If you were (un)fortunate enough to miss the meme entirely, it’s not too complicated: commenters arbitrarily posted “Anna?” in response to any FML, ranging from sniffing of asparagus pee to dubious use of back massagers. Feel free to browse– there are seven full

Thoughts from the Mod, Vol. I: Modding in the Midst of Midterms
Tuesday, 23 March 2010
by Giri Nathan
Sure, you might’ve had a rough midterm week; maybe you had a lot riding on those exams and papers. But you were just carrying your own weight. Imagine carrying an even bigger burden on top of that: satisfying the (considerable) procrastination needs of an entire campus. That week, our noble Princeton FML Moderator faced that

Princeton FML Sort of Sucks. FML.
Monday, 30 November 2009
by Spencer Gaffney
Remember that post a few weeks ago about the impending Princeton FML site? Well, it’s here, and so far the posts have been less than stellar. Look, college-specific FML sites are a great idea. The best moments on sites like FML come when you’re nodding your head while you’re laughing, because the comment rings true.
