What’s the best meal you’ve eaten in Princeton? Wings, “Chabad noodles,” and general merriment at Bros’ Shabbat, fall 2009.
In one sentence, what do you actually do all day? I find substantive alternatives to doing schoolwork.
What is your greatest guilty pleasure? Oversleeping.
What’s the last student performance you saw? Ladies night! Awesome ladies’ a capella.
Do you know all the words to Old Nassau? Vaguely-ish.
What do you hate most about Princeton? Weird break schedules that never fit with other schools.
What’s your drink? L’chaim!
What’s your favorite medication? …Sleep? It’s supposed to cure anything.
What’s hanging above your desk and/or bed? My road bike is hanging above my desk, largely unused since I’m not racing this season. Various Chinese paintings are hanging above my bed. They occasionally fall down on me while I’m asleep.
Where do you do your best thinking? In the swimming pool or on my bike.
When’s bedtime? I’ve given up on having an established bedtime.
New Butler or Old Butler? It’s another world … I don’t venture there.
What do you think of Dean Malkiel? I don’t generally.
Where is the worst place on campus? The path through Spelman in the rain because it doesn’t have any sort of drainage.
Who is your mortal enemy? For better or worse, I don’t know him/her.
When’s the last time you used cash? Buying a ticket to Ladie’s Night.
In 25 years, I will be… Wondering why I didn’t spend more time wandering around Tibet when I was young and carefree.
Where do you go to study alone? The GIS/maps library, a fantastically underused study space.
